These Christmas kitchen sink cookies are thick, chewy holiday cookies stuffed with red and green M&Ms, white chocolate chips, pretzels, and sprinkles. The dough mixes in one bowl and bakes into festive cookies that are perfect for cookie trays and gifting.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup red and green M&Ms
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pretzels
  • 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth. Whisk in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon or spatula just until no dry streaks of flour remain.
  5. Gently fold in the M&Ms, white chocolate chips, chopped pretzels, and holiday sprinkles until they are evenly distributed through the dough.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. If you like, press a few extra M&Ms and sprinkles on top of each dough ball.
  7. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the centers look just set. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then move the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Thicker cookies: Chill scooped dough on the baking sheets for 30 minutes before baking.

Do not overbake: The centers should look slightly soft when you pull the cookies from the oven.

Freezer friendly: Baked cookies or scooped dough balls can be frozen for up to 3 months.
